James Kennedy from Vanderpump Rules shared a social media post of him kissing a mystery woman. His new rumored relationship comes off the heels of James and Raquel Leviss's recent breakup. The pair announced the end of the engagement in November 2021 while filming the Vanderpump Rules season 9 reunion. Since the reunion didn't air for another two months, Raquel and James also announced their split on Instagram.
During the reunion, Raquel admitted she was the one to initiate the breakup as she didn't see James as her soulmate anymore. James revealed he was taken aback by the breakup, even though the two had hardly been intimate since James sent Raquel those rage texts during the summer of 2019. In the end, Raquel knew it was best for her and James to end the relationship when they did. While they seemed amicable at the reunion, their relationship has definitely changed since then.
Over the weekend, James shared a video to his Instagram Story of himself kissing a mystery brunette while in Las Vegas. "Baby Girl," James wrote over the video. James and his new girl were definitely enjoying their night out together in Vegas as they danced the night away at Shania Twain’s concert for her Planet Hollywood residency (via Page Six). The PDA-filled post comes a month after James shared the first post of him and another unidentified woman. It is unclear if the brunette from the latest post is the same woman from the first they do appear to have the same figure and hair color. The recent outings with the mystery girl come less than three months since he and Raquel called off their engagement.
As for Raquel post-split, she has been enjoying her new single life. The 27-year-old recently spent Valentine's Day with a few of her friends, hosted an "un-engagement" party, and is even trying out some new workout classes. James and Raquel's split did come at an odd time, seeing as their relationship was one of the main storylines on Vanderpump Rules season 9. The pair started the season as boyfriend and girlfriend and ended it celebrating their engagement with friends and family. When James and Raquel's finally revealed to everyone they were no longer together, their castmates were shocked by the revelation. They weren't sure themselves of the end of their relationship until a few days before filming the season 9 reunion.
James has moved on from his relationship with Raquel, despite admitting he still had feelings for her at the Vanderpump Rules reunion. While it's unclear if the mystery woman is James' new girlfriend, he seems to be having a lot of fun with her. Maybe VPR fans will even get to meet her next season.
