RHONJ: Dolores Catania Reportedly Has No Issues With David Dating Luis' Ex

Dolores Catania from The Real Housewives of New Jersey is reportedly fine with her ex-boyfriend David Principe dating Luis Ruelas' ex-girlfriend. After dating for more than four years, Dolores revealed she and David broke up over the summer while filming RHONJ season 12. The reality star confirmed the breakup during last week's new episode, claiming the split took place earlier that day. Even though Dolores was upset, she knew their relationship wasn't going anywhere and decided this was the best decision.

Since breaking up with David, Dolores has moved on with a new man. In December 2021, Dolores shared a few photos on her Instagram Stories of her and her new boyfriend on vacation together. The new love in her life was revealed to be Paul Connell, who she has been dating quietly for the past few months. However, Dolores and new man Paul seem to be getting serious as they recently traveled to his home country of Ireland, where Dolores met his family.

A source revealed to Us Weekly that Dolores has no issues with her ex David allegedly dating Teresa Giudice's fiancé's ex-girlfriend, Vanessa. "Dolores does not know Vanessa and knows nothing about David’s relationship with her," the insider said, adding that the 51-year-old wishes David "nothing but the best" after their break up. "She’s been broken up with him since the summer so whoever he dates is his business." Dolores is very happy in her new relationship with Paul and has moved on from her split with David. The rumors of David reportedly dating Luis' ex began to circulate when Bravo and Cocktails got an anonymous tip that David was alleged with the woman who Luis left for Teresa. He is apparently very upset about it even though Luis is currently engaged to Teresa, the RHONJ star.

David reportedly met Vanessa "met through a mutual friend" shortly after his split from Dolores. Even though David is dating an ex of Luis', Dolores is ready to put her past with David behind her. Since the couple started dating in 2017, Dolores has always questioned whether or not David was ready for a commitment with her. Despite buying her a house and a luxury car, Dolores only ever wanted security from David. The demise of their relationship ultimately led to their break up, but Dolores said there are no hard feelings between them. "There was no bad blood between them," said an insider, noting that David wasn't as active in her social life as she would have liked him to be. Now Dolores, who went IG officially with Paul, is looking towards her future with Paul and starting a new chapter of her life with him.

Dolores is no longer with David and has issues with who he wants to date. She has moved on in a new relationship, and she is happy David has as well. Who David dates is none of her business, even if the woman is someone her friend's fiancé used to date.
