Love Is Blind 2: Meet Jeremy Hartwell, Entrepreneur & Fit Philosopher

With a new season of Love Is Blind around the corner, fans are eager to find out everything there is to know about the season 2 cast including the new hopeless romantic Jeremy Hartwell. Unlike other reality dating series, the Love Is Blind cast gets to decide who they'd like to be matched with without the knowledge of what their partner looks like, and Jeremy is poised to be a memorable addition to season 2. From his age and Instagram to his enterprising endeavors, here's everything there is to know about Love Is Blind season 2 star Jeremy Hartwell.

Heading into Love Is Blind season 2, fans are hoping for contestants that will prove there's more to love than just a person's physical appearance. Fortunately for Jeremy, the entrepreneur and fit philosopher has never had to worry about being attractive enough to woo a romantic partner. Jeremy will be put to the test in Love Is Blind season 2 as he can no longer rely on his in-shape physique to win over the ladies. Jeremy will be judged on his personality alone to answer the question of whether or not love is truly blind.

Although it's an experimental concept, Love Is Blind has a proven track record of creating long-lasting marriages with its unconventional pairing process. Initially, Jeremy will be subjected to speed-dating within pods that prevent the Love Is Blind season 2 cast members from seeing each other. Then, Jeremy will get the chance to propose to a woman of his choice before finally laying eyes on her. Jeremy and his Love Is Blind match will then spend several weeks testing their relationship out as fiancé's until the pair decide whether they'd like to stay married or split on their wedding day. Although this process sounds bizarre, two couples from Love Is Blind season 1 are still going strong to this day.

Jeremy is 36 years old and currently lives in the greater Chicago area. Jeremy hasn't always lived in the Windy City, however. When Jeremy graduated from high school in 2003, he attended college in Massachusetts. According to his LinkedIn, Jeremy graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration and Management in 2007. Love Is Blind season 2's Jeremy proved himself to be a hard worker while at college as he earned himself a 3.93 GPA. Jeremy's passion for education eventually prompted the businessman to return for his Master's degree. In 2014, Jeremy enrolled in the University of Michigan's school of business where he continued his studies in business administration. Now that he's 36, and established in his career, Jeremy's finally ready to settle down with his soulmate.

Jeremy's had a successful and relatively standard business education, but the Love Is Blind season 2 star hasn't had the most conventional career. According to his biography, Jeremy states that he works as a director and entrepreneur. While these are impressive job titles, they don't explain exactly what Jeremy's passions are. Jeremy's LinkedIn states that he's currently the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Guaranteed Rate, where he's worked since September 2017. Before securing his current director position, Love Is Blind season 2's Jeremy worked as a consultant at ZS Associates in Chicago and a Senior Contract Negotiator at Raytheon in Tuscon, Arizona.

While Jeremy's resumé is full of impressive feats, the Love Is Blind season 2 star's social media boasts even more of Jeremy's fascinating personality. Jeremy's Instagram has been dedicated to his passions including his love of fitness and sports. From snowboarding to Michigan football games, Jeremy's athletic affinity is apparent on his Instagram. Additionally, Jeremy's Instagram demonstrates the Love Is Blind season 2 star's love for his pets. Jeremy has two dogs, Bella and Loki, who have an Instagram account of their own. Most recently, however, Jeremy's utilized his Instagram to promote his upcoming appearance in Love Is Blind season 2 which will introduce the director and entrepreneur to the world on February 11 on Netflix.
