How to Unlock Bugs Bunny in MultiVersus | Screen Rant

Although he isn't initially available at the beginning of the game, Bugs Bunny is one of the playable characters that can be unlocked in MultiVersus. The new free-to-play platformer fighting game has a colorful cast of characters for players to unlock, and there are a couple of different ways to acquire Bugs Bunny. Whether it's a 2v2, 1v1, or total 4-player free for all, Bugs Bunny is one of the strongest characters that can be used in MultiVersus thanks to his arsenal of ranged and melee attacks.

In order to make the most of the best MultiVersus tips and strategies for Bugs Bunny after he is unlocked, players will need to know how and when to use all of his ranged attacks. For example, both his Special attacks on the ground and in the air have varying timing requirements that, once mastered, can put enemies in tough positions by forcing them into a corner. Bugs Bunny also has the ability to stun enemies by blowing a kiss that applies the Charmed effect, though it makes the opponent Enraged and causes their next attack to apply maximum stacks of Weakened. While he does have access to a few potentially devastating melee attacks, Bugs Bunny benefits from having a melee-focused partner.

While MultiVersus is a free-to-play game, the easiest way to unlock Bugs Bunny is by purchasing the character for 700 Gleamium. As the premium currency of MultiVersus, players can get more Gleamium by spending real money on bundles of it or through a Founder's Pack. Additionally, a Founder's Pack contains a character ticket that can be used to unlock the famous hare as well. Though this may be the preferred method for those who wish to play as Bugs Bunny as soon as possible, the Looney Toons icon can also be unlocked for free.

To unlock Bugs Bunny for free in MultiVersus, players will need to spend 2,000 gold. Gold is another currency used in-game that can be earned naturally by completing the campaign or side mission, as well as finishing challenges. Accumulating 2,000 gold will take some time and those who wish to unlock Bugs Bunny before unlocking any of the other characters in MultiVersus like the Iron Giant will be temporarily limiting themselves to the four starting characters.

Despite the high cost of unlocking Bugs Bunny early in MultiVersus, players may find that he is one of the best characters to unlock first in the game because of his numerous ranged attacks. While some of his attacks do have a cooldown, this doesn't weaken the rabbit from dominating any battle against any opponent. Continue to save gold in MultiVersus to unlock Bugs Bunny as quickly as possible.
