90 Day Fiancé: Yara Reveals How She Lost Baby Weight After Pregnancy

Ahead of her 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? comeback, Yara Zaya is sharing her weight loss secrets with her fans on Instagram. 27-year-old Yara was the talk of the town upon her debut in 90 Day Fiancé season 8. Some fans fell in love with Yara for her honest personality and glamorous style instantly, while others found her to be snobbish and a gold digger who was getting married to Jovi Dufren for money. Yara getting pregnant as soon as she arrived in the U.S. and then having a rushed Vegas wedding with Jovi was seen by many as a red flag.

But fans eventually came to like Yara when she called out Jovi for being an irresponsible father and husband who was interested in strip clubs and drinking. Yara’s social media clout grew overnight. She started selling clothes that she wore on 90 Day Fiancé via her Yara Zaya store. Yara also started her own makeup line, and even though fans called her out for importing products from China, almost all her collections started selling out. 90 Day Fiancé fans love watching Yara embrace motherhood and spending time with her baby girl Mylah while she goes about her entrepreneurial activities.

And apart from inspiring 90 Day Fiancé fans with her business skills, Yara got them interested in knowing how she managed to maintain her svelte figure despite having a baby. While Yara was never on the heavier side on the show or on social media, she bounced back to her fit body very quickly after giving birth. Despite it being over a year and a half that Yara and Jovi had Mylah, the Ukrainian star still gets questions like, “how did you lose the baby weight?” on Instagram. One of Yara’s Instagram followers wanted to know if she’s on some special diet, and if so, what she eats. Yara told the curious fan, “Gym, eating healthy. That’s all.”

To prove how her simple habits are helping her crush her fitness goals, Yara shared a selfie from her gym. She wore white leopard printed biker shorts and a beige muscle tee which she lifted up to show her sports bra and the rock-solid abs she has peeking from under it. In the past, those who don’t believe that Yara has such a perfect figure that would even make Barbie envious have been schooled by the reality TV star. When accused of editing her abs and using photoshop on her body, Yara snapped at her 90 Day Fiancé critics and told them that it was the result of long, hard hours spent at the gym and not any filter or luck.

Those who’ve followed Yara since the start of her 90 Day Fiancé journey may have noticed that she’s slimmed down even more after having her first baby. Yara loves to show off her body in luxurious designer clothes which she carries off with ease. Yara never had to rely on plastic surgery to get thinner, as she was busy waking up early and taking walks during her pregnancy and portioning her meals with the healthiest of foods which keep her feeling happy. After all, Yara’s happiness on Instagram is infectious, and the troubles in her married life, are relatable, which ensures the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star keeps coming back on TV every Sunday night to flaunt her fitness and her family.
