Million Dollar Listing: Josh Flagg Dating Again After Divorce

Two weeks after announcing his divorce from Bobby Boyd, Million Dollar Listing star Josh Flagg confirms that he is in a new relationship. As the only original cast member remaining on Million Dollar Listing: Los AngelesJosh's successful sales as an agent have been documented since 2006. After knowing each other for a few years, Josh and Bobby Boyd began dating in 2016, with Josh proposing later that year. The engagement, which aired during MDLLA's season 9 finale, was a heartwarming moment that captured that immediately captured the hearts of viewers.

Josh and Bobby tied the knot in 2017 with a lavish wedding and fans of the couple have not just kept up with them through Million Dollar Listing, which just finished airing season 13, but also through videos on their individual YouTube channels. Since the duo have been sharing their personal lives over the past five years, it came as a massive surprise when Josh and Bobby announced their divorce on March 4. While neither man has given a specific reason for the split, some speculate that Bobby's desire for children is a factor. Josh's Instagram statement mentions that the couple is "growing in two different directions," which Bobby agrees with, remarking that they "want different things in [their] lives."

Despite Josh's public declaration of love towards Bobby, the star has revealed to People that he is seeing someone else. Explaining that he and Bobby actually split a few months ago, Josh says that his new relationship was unexpected. "After Bobby and I split, I did start to see somebody," Josh confirms. "I was not looking to date anybody because I was married. We never went on a date until after Bobby and I left our marriage." While Josh hasn't chosen to reveal his boyfriend's name or any identifying details, he does admit that the two first started as friends — and that the man also works in real estate. "It was mutual. We were friends for a while. It just happened organically," Josh shares. "I like him very much, and he's a very nice guy."

Although Josh and Bobby are no longer together, Josh says that he hopes the two can continue to remain cordial. "I'm doing very well. I hope that Bobby's doing great as well," the realtor continues telling People. Insinuating that he and Bobby aren't communicating at the moment, Josh expresses, "My greatest hope is that everyone comes out of this happy," and that all parties involved can "move forward positively." Besides enjoying time with his beau, Josh is also busy with renovations after recently purchasing a $9.2 million Beverly Hills mansion. Describing his home as a "1926 Italian Palladian Villa," Josh comments that while he's excited about owning the property, he isn't sure when he'll be moving in yet.

While Bravo fans are happy for Josh's adventures post-separation, many are disappointed that this fan-favorite couple called it quits. Although his ex-husband is already off the dating market, Bobby seems to be happily embracing the single life. Between hanging out at Disneyland, scoring modeling gigs, and uploading food recipes, the 36-year-old wrote on March 25 that he was "thankful for life lately." There hasn't been word on Million Dollar Listing season 14, but with its continued popularity, the show is expected to return. When it does, viewers will not only want to see what listings will be featured but Josh's new man.
