All 13 New D&D Adventures In Journeys Through The Radiant Citadel

The next Dungeons & Dragons adventure anthology is Journeys Through the Radiant Citadel, which involves the titular fortress-city that resides in the Ethereal Plane. Like the Candlekeep Mysteries adventure anthologyJourneys Through the Radiant Citadel involves quests that are linked to a central location, which can act as a base between missions. There are 13 new adventures that make up Journeys Through the Radiant Citadel, which is releasing in June.

The Radiant Citadel is a magical city on the Ethereal Plane, which is the plane that blankets the Material Plane, protecting it from the elemental Inner Planes and the spiritual Outer Planes. It's from this location that the players can go on quests that will take them throughout the D&D multiverse. The group can run all of the quests as a loose campaign, but the material within the book is can easily be re-worked and used as part of existing official settings, or integrated into a D&D homebrew adventure or campaign.

The adventures in Journeys Through the Radiant Citadel are rooted in various real-world cultures and myths that go beyond standard Medieval Europe and Tolkien-inspired works that appear in many fantasy RPGs. The book contains adventures that will take players from level 1-14, which means there are several options for DMs who wish to take ideas from the book and use them in their campaigns. Wizards of the Coast has revealed the names of the thirteen adventures in the book, along with some basic descriptions for three of them. The players are able to use the Radiant Citadel as their own D&D stronghold between missions, offering them a safe haven, so long as they can navigate the mysteries of the magical city.
