Steam Summer Sale 2022's Best Deals | Screen Rant

Popular digital games storefront Steam has long been the bane of users' wallets, frequently discounting all manner of titles, and the Steam Summer Sale 2022 continues the tradition. Thousands of games are available at a mark down, spanning all genres and development budgets. Those looking to pick up some obscure indie games may have to scour the store pages, but the best deals offered in 2022's Steam Summer Sale are discussed and listed below.

Most of the games below have been listed because of their steep discounts. The most common exceptions are games that just released in 2022, making them especially enticing. Among that crowd is 2018's God of War, the former PlayStation exclusive centered on one of the best dads in video gamesDying Light 2, the long-awaited sequel to Techland's hit open world survival horror game, and Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, the fantasy-slanted Borderlands spin-off virtually game master'd by the eponymous character.

The rest of the list is filled out with games that have had a significant chunk of their normal asking price taken off. Most deals included have cut the price by at least half, though there are some exceptions for newer and popular titles. Some games can even be gotten for less than five dollars, such as beloved platformer Celeste, the open world finale to Rocksteady's trilogy, Batman: Arkham Knight, and Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen, which may need to be played before Dragon's Dogma 2 eventually releases.

The following does not include bundles, such as the Far Cry Bundle of eight games for about $50, nor the Deus Ex Collection that includes the iconic classics alongside the modern immersive sims. Each game is listed in alphabetical order, followed by its sale price and the percentage discounted.
