Siesta Key: Sam Logan Appears At Juliette Porter's Party

Things may have improved for former Siesta Key couple Juliette Porter and Sam Logan as the Florida Billionaire recently showed up to his ex-girlfriend's swimsuit brand's party. The JMP The Label founder once believed Sam was the one for her, and she was flattered by how much he showered her with affection. However, by August 2021, the pair had broken up, and season 4b of the MTV reality series showcased the aftermath of Juliette and Sam's split. Though they tried reconciling, it was clear their lives had gone in different directions, and Juliette soon moved on to her current boyfriend, Clark Drum, who was introduced at the end of Siesta Key season 4b.

The drama continued off-screen as Sam and Juliette used social media to let fans in on the drama they didn't see on screen. Juliette admitted she decided to get back together with Sam because she didn't want him going on vacation with Meghan Bischoff, whom he seemingly used as a rebound after his breakup with Juliette. Sam also revealed the truth behind the scenes, where Juliette called off their relationship for good. According to Sam, they'd been texting all day, and when it was time to film for the show, he was under the impression he and his girlfriend were getting back together and had no idea she was about to break up with him again.

While they certainly didn't end on good terms, things may have turned around for the exes as Sam recently appeared at Juliette's swimsuit party. Reddit user Mtv_reality_tea reshared an Instagram Story from Siesta Key star Mike Vazquez at the JMP The Label event. "Well...S*** is getting weird," Mike wrote as he filmed a video of himself hanging out with Clark, then revealing Sam sitting on the other side of a pool talking to Juliette and her best friend, Lexie Salameh. He added the 1975 song "Why Can't We Be Friends" by the band War over the video.

"He probably paid for the party oh wait he ain't dating her anymore. Wonder if the bills get send [sic] to Clark now," one fan replied to the Reddit thread, adding to claims that Juliette was only with Sam for his money. The Siesta Key cast recently moved to Miami, prompting rumors that the show has relocated and will be tackling more mature, career-related storylines similar to MTV's switch from Laguna Beach to The Hills back in the 2000's. The rumors started in April when star Brandon Gomes first tweeted about moving to the city, and the rest of the cast has since followed in his footsteps.

It seems Siesta Key season 5 may feature a new friendship between Juliette and Sam, or at least the two will remain cordial to each other. It didn't seem like the two would ever be able to be in the same room together again, but with a new city, a lot may have changed since the cast last filmed Siesta Key in late 2021. While the drama between the two made for great show content, Juliette and Sam being on good terms is probably best for everyone in their shared friend group. While they may not hang out regularly, it's nice to see they're at least trying to leave their hard feelings in the past.
