Which One Piece Character Are You Based On Your Zodiac Sign?

With Netflix set to release a live-action adaptation of One Piece, many fans are jumping to the world of the manga that revolves around the fictitious world filled with pirates, adventurers, and soldiers possessing superhuman capabilities fighting to gain their hands on the mythical "One Piece" treasure.

The reason for series' getting viewership is their count on reliability and character depth. With such a high number of seasons and episodes, One Piece is filled with a plethora of memorable characters whose positive and negative traits fit well into the diverse signs of the Zodiac.

Like the fiery ram, Luffy is impulsive and is known for sometimes letting his passion overshadow his common sense. Luffy has many powerful forms, but he's always stoic and proud of himself as he marches to his own rhythm. He may sometimes appear stubborn and narcissistic, but deep within, he is stable, calm, and occasionally brilliant, just like Ares.

Despite Luffy's profound ambitions, he has a heart of gold and exhibits childlike qualities. Luffy is a perfect judge of character, and his creativity fits in the Aries's traits as well.

Nami is one of the brightest characters on the crew, and unlike others, she is mature and level-headed. Her views on pirates and bounty hunters change over the series' course, and yet she holds her decision to be righteous. Nami has had a sad past, yet she never backed down.

She wasn't a firm believer in the myths until she witnessed the unbelievable in front of her eyes; this reflects the stubborn yet logical traits of the bull, Taurus. Despite her sometimes uptight personality, she still cares for the rest of the crew. A potent Taurus trait that Nami displays is the liking for the worldly and luxurious life. She often enjoys the casual lifestyle, and her love for money is evident, but all of this stands below her loyalty toward her friends.

Geminis have complex personalities that can go in two opposite ways. They can be equal parts moody and unique. Curious by their nature, they tend to be adventurers and are not afraid of creating their alter egos. Franky is a brave and carefree character who can sometimes veer into self-absorption. He disregards rules, and like any true Gemini, he values his pride.

Despite his pompous personality, Franky exhibits another, more subtle side of himself. He is the most mature and reliable person on the crew. He stands up for his friends in times of need, and because of his friendly extroverted personality, he makes friends in unlikely places.

Cancers are known for their caring and nurturing side, and these water signs are immensely intuitive and empathetic. Sanji is not a typical Cancer, albeit he does show similar traits. Overly emotional and sympathetic, Sanji, similar to the crab, has a tough exterior, yet he is calm and collected, mainly acting on his feelings. He goes beyond his ways to help others and often puts himself in the back.

He is perceptive and knows his way with comforting words. Despite his abusive past, he is there for others. However, he usually doesn't show his vulnerable side in front of his crew. Cancerians are known as romantics at heart, and albeit Sanji comes off too strong with his "romantic" side, he is still loyal and kind towards others.

Leos are compassionate, big-hearted souls who thrive as natural leaders. The fiery sign is bold as the lion, usually majestic and dominating, and has control over its "audience." Brook is one of the comic relief characters in One Piece, yet it is undeniable that he exhibits a bold persona.

Brook is known for his eccentric personality and boasts of his proud, talented self. Leos are also creative people, and Brook signifies this creativity. He is well versed with many instruments and often has the capabilities even to control his audience with his music.

Virgos have a tough exterior, making them sometimes come across as cold and distant to those that don't know them well. They are perfectionists fueled by criticism and like to have things go their way. Boa Hancock's first impression is that of a cold princess, though she eventually displays a complex personality.

She is known for her beauty and strength, which may make her look uptight to some, but instinctively she is sensitive and vulnerable. Like any Virgo, she is resolute in her goals and doesn't let rejection or criticism get to her head. Her personality changes, too, when Luffy is near, when her character becomes more shy and calm.

The princess of the Arabasta kingdom, Nefertari, is a selfless and dedicated leader. She displays exceptional leadership qualities and holds a high sense of responsibility. She is caring and empathetic to the needs of her people and is willing to risk herself for them.

Libras are described as friendly extroverts who dwell on balance and harmony. Similar to Libras' traits, Nefertari aims to maintain peace throughout her kingdom and be loyal to her people until the end. Libra's energy can sometimes feel weakened by self-sacrifices and feeling underappreciated, which resonates with Nefertari's character.

The zodiac known for their secretive and mysterious demeanor, Scorpios thrive in their boldness and passion. They are also master manipulators, which can sometimes make them intimidating.

Roronoa is one of the few characters who are rather tense and secretive in the One Piece story. He has a fierce and intimidating persona and is difficult to understand during the first meeting. Scorpios are exceedingly loyal to their loved ones despite their powerful and bold exterior. They are passionate and intense people, which can be seen in Zoro's quest to be One Piece's master swordsman.

The travelers of the Zodiacs, Sagittarius, are notoriously known as adventurers. They are unique and pleasantly love their independence. Shanks is a laid-back, carefree, and free-spirited person who would choose travel and adventure over anything else.

As a resident Sagittarian, Shanks is the life of any party. He is blatantly youthful and playful, but, similar to any other character, Shanks faces morally conflicting goals. He sees it pointless for chaos and tries to maintain peace amongst others. His laid-back persona should not be mistaken for his calm and diplomatic self.

Trafalgar is an exceptionally calculative man, laid back and patient. He doesn't get involved head-on in any problems but views the entire situation unfolding as a spectator. He mirrors his thinking into being positive and getting what they deserve.

Law is all about finding one's place and working hard for the deserved position, which is Capricorn's motto. As with any other Capricorn, he is goal-oriented and dedicates his life to undoing his past wrongs hardened by his emotions.

Though usually calm and serene, Nico Robin sometimes displays Aquarians' energy vividly. She is exceptionally supportive and balanced during any situation with her crewmates unconditionally. Nico is involved in reading and investigating data; she is patient and exceedingly wise among the res, but her reserved and quiet personality should not be confused with her confidence and lack of fear.

She is optimistic and is always positive about the circumstances. Aquarians have vivid imaginations and are dreamers. They take the unconventional path and are not afraid to try something new. Nico might seem to like the quiet, yet, behind all the shades, she thrives on her childlike imagination.

As the youngest member of the Straw Hat crew, Chopper is exceedingly naive and timid. He has a childlike emotional state that leads him, at times, to become emotional or get impressed by literally anything. Like Pisces' energy, he needs support and understanding, which gives him the confidence to fight for his friends.

Chopper sees his crew as his family and often has attachment issues cause of it. Despite being the youngest, he is the most caring, nurturing empath on the team. Often he tends to disconnect from reality and likes to imagine a peaceful world similar to what a Piscean would do.
