Over the years, the hit TLC show has featured many cast members who’ve stunned viewers through their eccentric behavior. One such name is Steven Johnston, who featured alongside his Russian lover, Alina Johnston. Fans called out the 25-year-old man during the show for his childish demeanor and baby talks.
