Amidst uncertainty about the nature of the character's role, James Gunn explains whether Adam Warlock is a hero or villain in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Despite being depicted as a clearcut hero in Marvel Comics, Adam Warlock was created by Ayesha during Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2's post-credits scene for the purpose of destroying the titular team. In the third film, the Golden Gladiator will be properly introduced and played by Midsommar's Will Poulter. The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 trailer continued to paint Adam Warlock as a bad guy, leading to questions about whether he will actually be a villain, or if his role will remain faithful to the comics.
Bob Clark's 1974 horror film Black Christmas is one of the most influential slasher movies of all time, and it has an unforgettably chilling ending. In Black Christmas Billy is considered the villain as he picks off victims one by one, and after almost 50 years, his identity is still debated. The story takes place in a sorority house, where the residents are throwing a Christmas party before they depart. Little do they know, however, that a perverted killer has made his way into the house, and is preparing to pick them off one by one. The Billy Black Christmas character remains in the shadows for most of the movie, that is, until the chilling ending.
