Contrary to earlier reports, Anne Heche has not passed away but she is on life support and has been declared legally dead in the state of California. The actress, who was born in Aurora, Ohio on May 25, 1969, rose to prominence in the late 1990s with films like Six Days, Seven Nights, Psycho 1998, and I Know What You Did Last Summer. She was later nominated for an Emmy for her role in 2004's Gracie's Choice, and went on to appear in a wide range of projects including Aftermath, The Legend of Korra, Chicago P.D., and Dancing with the Stars. She is also well known for her personal life, including a period of three years where she was in a relationship with talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.
