Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak: Anomaly Investigations Guide

Anomaly Investigations are special Anomaly Quests in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak introduced in the content update released on August 10, 2022. For those who've yet to complete the Sunbreak expansion's story, Anomaly Quests are hunts that feature Afflicted Monsters, beasts that players have seen before but are influenced by the Quiro. These parasitic butterfly-like creatures enhance their host with rage, granting the Afflicted Monster in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak with new abilities and much higher stats, making them significantly more deadly in battle. Additionally, it is impossible to capture an Afflicted Monster, meaning that slaying them is the only way to complete the mission.
