1000-lb Sisters season 4 has been highly anticipated, but the show’s timeline has become confusing. After ending 1000-lb Sisters season 3 in January 2022, with Tammy Slaton's life in the balance, the show went on a nearly year-long hiatus before premiering the newest in January 2023. Though the show was off the air, Tammy and Amy Slaton provided updates about themselves through social media.
