However, he has not yet found a real long-term relationship with someone compatible. Ed's condescending and insensitive behavior suggests he will never have a partner who genuinely loves him. His actions towards his girlfriends, Rose Vega and Liz Woods, have been toxic and deserve criticism. Despite appearing in different spin-offs, Ed has yet to get married, which only reinforces this belief.
