Hilary Duff gives an optimistic perspective on the dormant Lizzie McGuire reboot. Back in August 2019, a revival of Lizzie McGuire was announced as being in the works for Disney+. Duff, who played the eponymous character in the original, was confirmed to reprise her role, and series creator Terri Minsky would be the showrunner. The project was set to focus on Lizzie at the age of thirty while living in an apartment in New York City, but it quickly ran into trouble. Minsky departed as showrunner in January 2020 after the first two episodes had been filmed, due to creative differences with Disney. And, in December of that year, Duff officially shared the news that the Lizzie McGuire continuation would not be happening.
Bob Clark's 1974 horror film Black Christmas is one of the most influential slasher movies of all time, and it has an unforgettably chilling ending. In Black Christmas Billy is considered the villain as he picks off victims one by one, and after almost 50 years, his identity is still debated. The story takes place in a sorority house, where the residents are throwing a Christmas party before they depart. Little do they know, however, that a perverted killer has made his way into the house, and is preparing to pick them off one by one. The Billy Black Christmas character remains in the shadows for most of the movie, that is, until the chilling ending.
