Ted Lasso Spinoffs Plan After Season 3 Addressed By Star

Hannah Waddingham addresses possible Ted Lasso spinoff plans following season 3. Based on a character originally created for a series of NBC Sports advertisements for their coverage of the Premier League, the Apple TV+ show stars Jason Sudeikis as the titular character, an overly positive American football coach hired to manage an English football team with no prior experience with the sport. The feel-good television comedy proved popular with critics and audiences, winning seven Emmy Awards during its first two seasons. With season 3 concluding Ted Lasso's central narrative, many have speculated how the franchise can continue.
