90 Day Fiancé: Kirlyam Cox's Weight Loss Transformation In Photos

90 Day Fiancé season 1 fan-favorite Kirlyam Cox revealed her stunning weight loss progress to Instagram fans in 2023. With an eight-year age gap, Alan Cox met Kirlyam when he was on a Mormon mission to Brazil. Alan was 20 years old, and Kirlyam was 12. Their actual romance began when he went back for a friend’s wedding many years later, and the two reconnected. Alan and Kirlyam got married in September 2013, after she moved to the U.S. on a K-1 visa. In October 2017, they welcomed their first baby together, and their second was born in September 2021.
