Captain Marvel Claiming the Nega-Bands Hints They're Coming to the MCU

Warning: Spoilers for Captain Marvel (2023) #1 ahead!Captain Marvel is back in the pages of Marvel Comics for an all-new adventure tying her closely to the exploits of her predecessor, Genis-Vell, and the powerful Nega-Bands that are his legacy. Not so coincidentally, trailers seem to suggest that the Nega-Bands will play a major role in the upcoming MCU film The Marvels, and this timely reintroduction of them into the comics all but confirms this theory.
