My 600-lb Life alum Tracey Matthews ended her reality series stint under a cloud of uncertainty, and it’s time to update fans about her life. When 44-year-old Tracey debuted in season 5, she weighed about 606 pounds. The Ohio native had lost her mobility due to lymphedema, which caused considerable swelling in her legs. Tracey’s swollen legs were also infected with cellulitis, which made her weight loss journey challenging. After living with the condition for years, Tracey decided to change her life by improving her health.
