90 Day Fiancé’s Jamal Menzies Shows Off Ripped Body In Gym Selfie

Jamal Menzies from 90 Day Fiancé is flaunting his fitness progress for his Instagram followers in a rare gym selfie. The 27-year-old from San Diego debuted on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5 during his mom Kim Menzies and Usman "Sojaboy" Umar's storyline. Despite his brief appearance and very few scenes, Jamal quickly became a fan favorite until he fell from grace for dating, but not committing to, Veronica Rodriguez on 90 Day: The Single Life season 3. But it looks like, in 2023, things are changing for Jamal.
