Former 90 Day Fiancé star Loren Brovarnik unveiled her postpartum weight loss journey update in an Instagram post. The Florida resident recently had her third baby with her husband, Alexei Brovarnik. The couple already have two sweet boys, Shai and Asher, who were born in 2020 and 2021, respectively. They have now welcomed a baby girl, Ariel, who's recovering in the NICU. Loren's three pregnancies in three years have affected her physical and mental health. However, the young mom tries her best to be a great parent despite her postpartum depression.
